How easily can I access my car and on how much notice?
Our vehicle storage facility is manned 7 days a week, offering you fast and flexible access to your car when you need it. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. You can request your car using our online form, or simply call or WhatsApp us.
Is there a minimum storage period?
Yes. Every storage package has a minimum term of 3 months.
Can I leave my daily driver with you when taking my stored vehicle?
We have plenty of guest parking spaces. However, for an extended period we would recommend using your allocated storage space.
What do I do about insurance?
We advise you keep your existing insurance cover going and that you inform your insurance company that the vehicle is being stored.
Can I visit the vehicle storage facility before I decide to store my car?
We would be happy to give you a tour by arrangement. For security purposes we will require a form of identification. During your visit we are unable to remove any car covers or allow photographs or filming of the facility.
Do I need a cover for the vehicle?
We supply a luxury car cover, however you are free to use your own fitted cover if you would prefer.
Can I leave personal possessions in the car whilst it is in storage?
It is up to you what you leave within the vehicle, although they are left at your own risk.
What are your opening hours?
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm. Saturday & Sunday: By appointment only.
